Since then we’ve cleared, graded, and built on more than nineteen hundred properties across Butte County. The work changed — bigger machines, more fire mitigation, far more drainage — but the way we run a job hasn’t.
We walk every property before we price it. We tell you when a cheaper fix will solve the problem, even when it costs us the bigger job. And we don’t subcontract the work out to whoever is available that week.
Most of what we do is unglamorous: moving water away from a foundation, taking ladder fuel out from under a canopy, compacting a base nobody will ever see. Those are the parts that decide whether the finished property still looks right in five years.
