When you request an estimate we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, and any details or photos you choose to share about the work. We also record which page the request came from so we know what you were reading.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Your information is used to schedule a site walk, prepare a written estimate, perform the work, and follow up afterward. Photos you upload are stored privately and are visible only to our team.

By submitting a request you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further messages.

We keep estimate records and job photos for our business records. If you want your information removed, email Fresh.cut.landscapes24@gmail.com or call (530) 321-0485 and we will delete it, except where we are required to keep records for tax or warranty purposes.

Estimate submissions and uploaded photos are stored in access-controlled systems. Only authorized team members can view them.
