Terms of Service

Estimates are free and are provided after an on-site walk. Written estimates are valid for 30 days and describe a fixed scope of work. Anything discovered after work begins that falls outside that scope — buried debris, unmarked utilities, rock, undisclosed access limits — is discussed and approved in writing before it is performed.

Foothill work is weather dependent. Rain, red flag conditions, and burn restrictions can move a start date. We notify you as early as we can and reschedule to the next available window.

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to disclose known private utilities, septic components, leach fields, wells, and irrigation lines. We call in public utility locates where required. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked private lines that were not disclosed.

Deposits, if required, are stated on the estimate. Final balance is due upon completion unless other terms are written into the estimate. Returned payments are subject to bank fees.

We stand behind our installations. Plant material, irrigation components, and hardscape workmanship are covered as stated on your estimate. Warranty does not cover damage from neglect, drought, freeze, vandalism, animals, or changes made by others.

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio. Addresses are never published. Tell us before or during the job if you prefer we do not.
