Stone Pathways

A path should feel obvious to walk and stay level after the first winter. That comes from base depth and setting each stone individually rather than dropping them on dirt.

What’s included

  • Flagstone, steppers, and natural stone treads
  • Compacted base and setting bed under every stone
  • Joints filled with gravel, fines, or planted
  • Grades and step risers kept comfortable

How we run the job

  1. 01

    Lay out the route

Path walked and marked on the ground before excavation.

  2. 02

    Excavate and base

Depth cut, base placed and compacted, setting bed screeded.

  3. 03

    Set stone

Each piece fitted, leveled, and tapped in individually.

  4. 04

    Joint and clean

Joints filled and the path washed down.
